Active Ingredients

Creatine Monohydrate

Creatine is an acid that is naturally produced by the body in small amounts. Supplementation allows for quantities that can be used as a strength and energy enhancer while exercising.

The most scientifically proven form of creatine is creatine monohydrate. It has the ability to boost the body’s levels of Adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which is the main source of energy (1) and power (2).

Betaine Anhydrous

Betaine has the ability to increase power output and levels of strength by increasing cell swelling (3, 4).

It has been believed to work to boost the effects of creatine, but recent studies have disproven this (5).

The suggested dosage is 2.5-6 g each day, in two doses.

L-Tyrosine

A non-essential amino acid used to improve mental focus and reduce stress, L-Tyrosine  is used to smooth out the stimulant effects of Craze (6).

It can also be used to lessen the stimulant effects of caffeine.

The recommended dose for L-tyrosine is 500-2000 mg.

L-Citrulline

L-Citrulline is an amino acid which is directly involved in the production of nitric oxide. Nitric oxide opens the blood vessels, allowing for an increased blood flow.

L-Citrulline also boosts endurance, lessens post workout soreness and increases muscle mass (7).

The recommended dose of L-Citrulline is 6-8 g.

Caffeine Anhydrous

Caffeine anhydrous is a concentrated form of the world’s most popular drug. It has been shown to boost training focus and speed up the metabolism to burn fat faster (8).

Caffeine will boost your workout performance without negatively affecting muscle protein or glycogen levels (9).

Who Takes It?

CRAZE is for anyone who wants to maximize their training energy, power and focus during a workout.

How to Take

Mix 1 ½ scoops of CRAZE with 250 ml water, mix well and drink 30 minutes before your workout.

Side Effects

The caffeine may bring on a weird tingling sensation.

Pros

  • It provides you with a surge of energy that lasts for about an hour
  • The drink mixes well, without leaving lumps and residue.

Cons

  • The taste is not good, with many claiming that it tastes like cough mixture.

Conclusion

CRAZE is a solid pre-workout that supplies you with a surge of energy to see you through an hour’s training.

The creatine will boost your training energy and recovery time, but this product fails to provide a pleasant taste experience.
