Thermal Switch Review

Thermal Switch is a fat burner supplement made by Switch Nutrition.

It’s designed to improve energy, focus, and fat-loss while dieting.

Switch Nutrition is a supplement company founded by Greg Haglund, a 20-year veteran in the sports supplement and nutrition industry.

Ingredients Label

Active Ingredients

Tyrosine

Tyrosine is an amino acid which improves performance under stressed or fatigued conditions.

It does this by lowering stress hormone production (1).

An effective dose is 500-2,000mg.

Caffeine

The popular stimulant caffeine is well-known for improving energy and alertness.

It has also been shown to increase metabolic rate, speeding up fat-loss (2).

The effective dose is usually about 200mg.

Theanine

Theanine is a “relaxing” amino acid.

It can increase relaxation and focus, especially when combined with stimulants (3).

An effective dose is around 100-200mg.

Dynamine

Dynamine™ is a trademarked derivative of caffeine.

It’s said to be a stronger and faster-absorbing version of theacrine.

Synephrine

Synephrine is a fat-burning compound found in the Citrus Aurantium fruit, more commonly known as “bitter orange”.

Research shows that it can suppress appetite and speed up fat-loss (4).

Hordenine

Hordenine is a compound with mood-boosting and fat-burning benefits.

It’s also been shown to enhance the effects of other stimulants (5).

An effective dose is 30-50mg.

Acetyl-L-Carnitine

Carnitine is an amino acid involved in energy metabolism.

Studies show it improves fat-burning in those who are deficient in carnitine.

In those with fatigue issues, it may also improve concentration (6).

An effective dose is about 2,000mg.

Green Tea

Green tea is well known for its fat-burning properties.

It’s been shown to improve fat oxidation by up to 17% during exercise (7).

The effective dose is about 500mg of extract.

Who Takes It?

Athletes wanting to boost their energy, focus, and fat-loss while dieting will enjoy using Thermal Switch.

How to Take

Take one serving (5g) with water upon rising, and another serving mid-afternoon.

Side Effects

May upset the stomach if taken without sufficient food or water.

May interfere with sleep if taken too close to bed time.

Pros

  • Improves energy and focus
  • Speeds up fat-loss
  • Contains extra vitamins.

Cons

  • Some of the ingredients could be included in higher doses
  • Stimulant content may be quite strong for more sensitive users.

Conclusion

Thermal Switch is a fat burner which focuses on improving energy, concentration, and speed of fat-loss.

It contains a bunch of ingredients that will boost energy levels, as well as take the edge off the stimulants it contains.

The formula also should reliably speed up fat-loss, although some of the ingredients could have been added in greater doses.

It’s available in a small range of flavours for all to enjoy.
