It’s designed to improve strength and size development, by increasing testosterone levels.

It’s been shown to have positive effects on testosterone levels in men when taken daily, over a long period of time (1).
Zinc deficiency is very common in the modern diet, and is depleted very quickly in athletes through sweating.
Supplementing with zinc has been shown to increase testosterone in such people, but may not be effective in those without a deficiency (2).

The effective dose is about 500mg.
Tribulus Terrestris is another libido-increasing plant.
Maca is a vegetable with history as an aphrodisiac.

Who Takes It?
Older male athletes and/or those with abnormally low testosterone levels are most likely to benefit from using Super Male T.
How to Take
Take 1 serving (3 capsules) daily, with food.
The ingredients in Super Male T may increase sex drive and alter your general mood.
Fenugreek may give a maple syrup-like odour to your sweat.
- Uses a multi-pronged approach to improve testosterone levels
- Black pepper extract to improve ingredient absorption.
- Proprietary blend hides doses of ingredients
- Most ingredients are likely under-dosed.
Super Male T at face value appears to be a solid test-boosting product, but Performix once again falls short here on ingredient doses.
Although it contains a whole range of potentially effective ingredients, most of these are hidden in a very small proprietary blend, which couldn’t feasibly provide effective doses.
The doses of the vitamin and mineral components are decent, but the price tag is unwarranted for an otherwise poorly-dosed supplement.
Your money would be better spent on an open-label formula.
