Musclewerks Amino Kik Ingredients

Ingredients

Branch Chain Amino Acids

The branch chain amino acids, leucine valine and iso-leucine, have the ability to boost muscle growth (1).

They also minimize the release of catabolic hormones and help to enhance training energy.

The effective dose of BCAA’s is 5-8 grams.

In this product you get 5.05 grams.

Protein Synthesis Complex:

L-Glutamine

Glutamine is an amino acid which transports nitrogen into muscle cells (2).

It is a key driver of muscle growth. Glutamine is rapidly used up when working out.

The effective dose of glutamine is 5 grams.

Amino Kik provides you with 3.2 grams.

Leucic Acid

Leucic acid is a metabolite of leucine which help drive muscle growth.

Citrulline Malate

Citrulline malate is an amino acid which increases the levels of nitric oxide and arginine in the body (3).

This results in an increased workout pump effect.

Who Takes It?

MuscleWerks Amino Kik is taken by people who are working out regularly to transform their body.

How To Take It

Mix one scoop (9.99 grams) of Amino Kick with 250 mls of water and drink immediately after working out.

There are 30 servings in each container.

Side Effects

There are no known side effects with this product.

Pros:

  • Sugar and carb free
  • Supports lean muscle growth
  • Good taste

Cons:

  • Too expensive
  • Under-dosed

Conclusion

MuscleWerks Amino Kik delivers a decent post-workout muscle recovery formula, however it would be be more potent with a greater dosage of glutamine and BCAA’s.

The product also fails to deliver an energy  ‘kik’.
