Vita-JYM is a multi-vitamin supplement made by JYM Supplement Science.

It’s designed for athletes, to support muscle growth and overall health.

JYM Supplement Science is based in the USA, and was founded by famous scientist and bodybuilder Jim Stoppani.

Vitamins:

Vitamin A (Beta-Carotene)

Beta-carotene is a precursor to vitamin A that is mostly found in plant-based foods.

The body can convert as much beta-carotene into vitamin A as it needs.

Vitamin A is important for skin, eye, and bone health, as well as the immune system (1).

B Vitamins

B vitamins are a large vitamin group, all of which play an important role in unlocking the power of food into energy and building blocks for growth and repair.

Each B vitamin has its own unique benefits, and many work synergistically with each other.

Unfortunately, JYM Supplement Science leaves out zinc, magnesium, and vitamin D, due to nutrient timing factors. They offer a separate ZMA supplement to take before bed time, to optimise results.

Vita-JYM is a great option for those who want to maximise their results and don’t mind spending extra money on additional ZMA and vitamin D supplements.
