Active Ingredients

Anabolic Protein Blend

By blending 5 type of protein -hydrolyzed whey peptides, whey protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, casein and milk protein isolate – Lean Gainer provide a sustained release of amino acids to build muscle for longer.

GlycoForce Carb Complex

The right carbs provide an insulin spike followed by a sustained release of energy.

By blending 5 type of carbs – cane sugar, maltodextrin, waxy maize starch, fruit sugar extract and rice/potato starch – you are covering all bases.

L-Glutamine

The amino acid glutamine gets quickly used up when you’re working out.

Replacing it will quicken recovery and muscle repair.

Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs)

The BCAAs are the three essential amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine.

They are quickly absorbed by the muscle cell and used for muscle repair (1).

Creatine

Creatine is a compound that turns ADP into ATP, the body’s main energy form.

It allows a person to train with more strength, power and endurance (2, 3).

Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA)

CLA is a polyunsaturated fatty acid that it is claimed to regulate fat metabolism.

However, there are currently no studies to support this (4).

Who Takes It?

Max’s Lean Gainer Clean Mass is used by people who are training with weights to increase their lean body weight while reducing fat levels.

How to Take

Place four 30 gram scoops of Lean Gainer Clean Mass in a blender that contains 500 ml of water or milk and blend for 30 seconds.

Have 1-2 servings per day in addition to normal meals.

Side Effects

Some individuals may experience reactions to the whey protein in the form of bloating and gas.

Pros

  • 5 blended proteins
  • 2:1 carb/protein ratio
  • Added Glutamine

Cons

  • Many ingredients quantities are not shown as they are in a blend formula.
  • Only two flavours

Conclusion

Max’s Lean Gainer Clean Mass uses an ideal carb/protein ratio of 2:1, along with blends for sustained protein and energy release.

The flavours taste great (although there are only two) and it comes in at a very good price point.

However, the exact amount of certain ingredients are not shown, such as creatine.
