Ingredients

BCAA’s

BCAA’s are free form amino acids that prevent post-workout muscle breakdown (1).

They also promote muscle growth after a workout.

The three BCAA’s are leucine, valine and iso-leucine. The most important of these for muscle growth is leucine.

Viper Pure Protein provides you with four times more leucine than valine or iso-leucine.

HMB

HMB is an amino acid that has been shown to help to prevent post workout muscle breakdown (2).

It can also help relieve post workout muscle soreness (3).

Glutamine

Glutamine is an amino acid which transports nitrogen to the muscle cell.

This helps to promote post exercise muscle growth (4).

The effective dose is 5 grams per serving.

Aspartic Acid

Aspartic acid promotes short-term testosterone release in men, creating an anabolic environment (5).

Who Takes It?

Viper Pure Protein is taken by bodybuilders and athletes who want to increase their muscle mass.

Because it has no carbs or fat it is ideal for people trying to minimize body fat whilst building muscle.

It is also a good option for people who cannot tolerate whey protein powder.

How To Take It

Mix one scoop (5.75 grams) of Viper Pure Protein with 200 ml water and take 30 minutes before and immediately after working out.

There are no side effects with this product.
