Max’s Super Size is a weight gain supplement designed for hard-gainers who struggle to put on muscular bodyweight.

Max’s is an Australian based brand specialising in hardcore bodybuilding supplements.

Active Ingredients

Whey Protein Concentrate

Whey protein is a byproduct of the milk manufacture process. It has the ability to speed up protein synthesis and build muscle mass (1).

Concentrated whey protein is up to 90% protein by weight. But it is not as effective for muscle gain as whey protein isolate (WPI).

Long Chain Glucose Polymers

Long chain glucose polymers, in the form of maltodextrin, provide your body with the carbohydrate-based energy that it needs to fuel your workout.

This sustained release of energy is necessary for fast muscle growth.

Who Takes It?

Max’s Super Size is used by hard gainer bodybuilders who have difficulty putting on lean muscle mass.

How to Take

Combine three 40 gram scoops of Max’s Super Size with 500 ml of milk or water.

Take two servings per day. One of you daily servings should be directly after your workout.

Side Effects

People who are lactose intolerant may have digestive problems when taking Max’s Super Size.

Pros

  • 51 gram protein per serve
  • 800 calories per serve
  • Energy enhancing carbs.

Cons

  • May cause digestive issues in those with lactose sensitivity.

Conclusion

Max’s Super Size is a guaranteed mass gainer.

It packs in two parts carb to one part protein, making it the right fit for hard-gainers. With 51 grams of protein and 800 calories per serving, this is the real deal.

However, WPI is thought to be more efficient for building muscle than WPC, so that is a bit of a downfall.

And of course, premium products come at a premium price so be prepared to fork out some cash for this one.
