ATP No Way Protein Review

ATP No Way Protein is a bovine protein-based muscle building supplement.

ATP Science are an Australian health company who have won a number of awards for innovation in the supplement industry.

Ingredients Label
ATP Science NOWAY Protein Ingredients

Active Ingredients

BodyBalance

BodyBalance is a patented blend of bovine collagen protein peptides that have been treated with enzymes.

The enzymes break the peptides apart for faster digestion.

Collagen peptides have been shown to increase lean muscle mass and assist with muscle recovery (1).

Natural Flavorings

The flavourings used include xanthum gum, which is a polymer made up of sugar residues.

Xanthum is a widely used thickening and stabilizing agent that has been found to be safe but may have a laxative effect  on some people (2).

Another flavour enhancer is vanilla bean seed, a non-pungent spice which contains a large number of antioxidants (3).

Who Takes it?

ATP No Way is taken by people who are looking for a high quality source of non-dairy protein to assist with muscle recovery, joint repair and general health and well-being.

How to Take it

Mix 1 scoop (15g) in 200 mls of water and mix well.

Side Effects

There are no side effects associated with this product.

However, people with digestive issues may experience diarrhea due to the laxative effects of xanthum.

Pros

  • Non Dairy, gluten-free protein source
  • Lactose Free
  • Fast absorbing

Cons

  • Taste may not appeal

Conclusion

ATP NO Way Protein brings a new and different form of protein to the market.

Its manufacturer cites studies that show that it is more effective than whey protein, though this has not been verified by independent studies.

This product tastes quite different to a whey based protein, so may not appeal to everyone.
