D-Glucuronolactone is a metabolite of glucose.

An effective dose is 500-2,000mg.
Caffeine
Caffeine increases both alertness and athletic performance, especially in power and endurance (5).
An effective dose is about 200-500mg.
Betaine
Betaine is a compound found in sugar beets, which has shown promise for improving power output and body composition (6).

Citrulline Malate and Arginine
Citrulline is an amino acid which is converted by the body to another compound called arginine.
This is further processed to form nitric oxide, which causes blood vessel dilation. This improves blood flow and the “pump” (7).
Arginine itself is worse-absorbed than citrulline, but can still increase nitric oxide levels to a lesser degree.
Agmatine Sulfate
Agmatine is a newer ingredient that shows good promise for improving the pump and overall mood.
More research needs to be done on it to prove its effectiveness.
Choline Bitartrate
Choline is a compound used by the body to produce a neurotransmitter called acetylcholine.
Reseach has shown that those who consume more choline in their diets have better cognitive performance (8).
