Shred-JYM is a fat-burner supplement made by JYM Supplement Science.

It’s designed to improve energy levels and fat-loss while dieting.

Acetyl-L-Carnitine

Carnitine is an amino acid which is important for energy metabolism.

Tyrosine

Tyrosine is an amino acid which lowers stress hormone levels.

The effective dose is 500-2,000mg.

Green Tea

Green tea extract is widely used for its fat-burning effects.
