It’s designed to improve fat-loss, energy levels, and focus while dieting.

BSN is an American supplement brand which was founded in 2001.

Acetyl-L-Carnitine

Carnitine is an amino acid which is involved in energy metabolism.

It only boosts fat-loss in those who are deficient, however this form has also been shown to improve concentration levels and insulin sensitivity (1, 2).

Tyrosine

Tyrosine is another amino acid, which reduces stress hormone levels.

Research has found improvements in performance under stress or fatigue with tyrosine supplementation (3).

An effective dose is 500-2,000mg.

Caffeine

Caffeine is a stimulant that boosts both energy levels and metabolic rate (4).

Guayusa is another source of caffeine.

An effective dose is usually around 200mg.

Green Tea

Green tea contains compounds called catechins, which are a potent fat burner (5).

Longan
