Active Ingredients

Green Tea Extract

Tea leaves contain compounds called Green Tea Catechins. These have fat-burning effects when taken at a 400-500mg dose.

Studies have shown significant increases in fat oxidation with green tea extract, as well as improved insulin sensitivity and a myriad of other health benefits (1).

Vitamin C

Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant.

It’s great for immunity, and has been shown to decrease fatigue and improve mood (2, 3).

An effective dose ranges from 500-2000mg daily.

Lactobacillus Acidophilus

Lactobacillus acidophilus is a bacteria that exists naturally in the body, mainly in the intestines.

It may have probiotic properties (4).

It’s widely used to improve general health and treat a variety of issues such as rotavirus, diarrhoea, irritable bowel syndrome, among many others.

Its effectiveness for all of the above hasn’t been clinically proven, but it has shown good anecdotal evidence.

Who Takes It?

Those wishing to improve their fat loss and general health will benefit from using Green Tea TX100.

How to Take

For assistance with weight-loss, dissolve two sachets (6g) in 600ml of cold water. Consume first thing in the morning, and another two sachets at lunch time.

For general health, consume one sachet per serving instead of two.

Do not exceed 4 sachets per day.

Side Effects

Consuming too much lactobacillus acidophilus can cause flatulence.

Pros

  • Formula includes more than just green tea
  • Sachets of powder make it easy to consume.

Cons

  • Lactobacillus acidophilus hasn’t been proven by research yet for its effects.

Conclusion

Green Tea TX100 is a simple, but effective health-boosting formula.

It includes more than just simple green tea, providing a healthy dose of Vitamin C and probiotics that might not just enhance fat-loss, but also boost your overall wellbeing.
