Max’s Creobol Review

Max’s Creobol is a creatine based supplement that is also designed to boost nitric oxide levels.

This combination will increase strength, endurance and power while promoting a greater pump effect.

Max’s is a popular brand among bodybuilders through Australasia and Asia.

It is a part of AminoActive, who have been manufacturing and marketing cutting edge supplements for hardcore trainers since 1989.

Max’s Creobol Ingredients

Active Ingredients

Cerebral Power Complex

Creatine is a compound which allows you to train longer and harder by converting ADP to ATP, which is the body’s main energy form (1, 2).

This creatine complex combines the following three forms of creatine:

Creatine Gluconate

This is creatine bonded to glutonic acid.

It is meant to speed up the absorption of creatine and allow for lower doses.

Creatine Di-Malate

By bonding creatine with malic acid, this form is more water soluble. This provides greater bioavailability.

Creatinaol-O Phosphate

This is a synthetic analogue of creatine which allows you to train longer without succumbing to lactic acid fatigue.

Citrulline Malate

Citrulline malate enhance the body’s arginine levels.

Arginine is a vasodilator which allows for more blood flow to the muscle cell (3).

Betaine Anhydrous

Betaine anhydrous works alongside creatine to boost power output and offset fatigue (4, 5).

Despite what some claim, however, it will not enhance the effect of creatine (6).

Who Takes It?

Max’s Creobol is taken by people who are hardcore weight trainers intent on building maximum strength, mass and power.

How to Take

Take one serving of 4 capsules 30 minutes before your workout.

Side Effects

You may experience some bloating, burping and flatulence when you begin taking creatine.

Pros

  • 3 way creatine complex
  • Increased blood flow
  • Energy booster

Cons

  • Potential creatine side effects

Conclusion

Max’s Creabol is a combination creatine product and nitric oxide booster.

It’s creatine complex will provide greater bioavailability and utilization, but has not been proven to be more effective than creatine monohydrate.

The nitric oxide boosting ingredients are also quite limited.
