February 27, 2017 By Editor

Max’s Creatine X-8 Review

Max’s Creatine X-8 is a creatine supplement designed to increase workout intensity by improving strength, power and endurance.

Max’s has been producing hardcore bodybuilding supplements for the Australian bodybuilding market for decades.

They are a part of the AminoActive Supplement company.

Ingredient Label

Max’s Creatine X-8 Ingredient

Active Ingredients

Creatine X-8 is a blend of the following sustained release forms of creatine:

Creatine Ethyl Ester

Creatine Ethyl Ester is a very soluble form of creatine that it is claimed will be more readily absorbed by the muscle cell. However, this has been disproved (1).

Tri-Creatine Malate

Tri-Creatine Malate mixes creatine with malic acid to speed up absorption rates.

Di-Creatine Malate

Di-Creatine Malate is a slower version of Di-Creatine Malate, which provides a more sustained release of creatine into the cell.

Micronized Creatine Monohydrate

Creatine monohydrate is the most studied form of this organic compound.

It has been shown to renew ATP activity in the muscle cell, allowing for more strength and training endurance during explosive exercise (2, 3).

Creatine HCL

Creatine HCL is creatine blended with hydrochloride. It is claimed that this mix will provide better results with smaller doses than other forms of creatine.

It is claimed that this mix will provide better results with smaller doses than other forms of creatine. There is no evidence, however, to support this.

Creatine Anhydrous

Creatine Anhydrous is a pure form of creatine that provides a sustained release od the compound into the muscle cell.

Creatine Gluconate

Creatine Gluconate bonds creatine with glucose. This allows the creatine to absorb the same way that glucose does, improving intestinal absorption.

Tri-Creatine Orotate

Tri-Creatine Orotate mixes creatine with Orotate acid, which increases the levels of creatine phosphate in the cell.

Who Takes It?

Max’s Creatine X-8 is taken by hard training iron pumpers looking to intensify their training strength, power and endurance.

How to Take

Mix one 5g scoop of Creatine X-8 in a 250 ml glass of water or fruit juice.

Drink this mixture 60 minutes before your workout. Take a second serve within an hour after your workout.

On non-training days, take one serve in the morning.

Side Effects

Some people experience reactions to creatine in the form of bloating, gas, burping and indigestion.

Pros

  • 8 creatine blends combined
  • Fast absorbing
  • Will boost your training power

Cons

  • Some creatine forms unproven

Conclusion

Max’s Creatine X-8 provides you with a variety of creatine formulas in order to speed up absorption into the cell. However, there is no hard data proving that any forms are more effective than creatine monohydrate.

While it may not do it much faster, this blend will deliver quality creatine to your cells in order for them to perform with more power, strength and endurance.
