Active Ingredients

Creatine Monohydrate

Creatine monohydrate is the sole ingredient in AllMax micronized creatine and is the most effective form of creatine to produce explosive energy (3).

Creatine is a nitrogenous compound that occurs naturally in the body in small quantities.

Supplementing with creatine will boost short term explosive energy by replenishing ATP stores within the muscle cell (1) (2).

AllMark use the finest grade creatine monohydrate, German Creapure. The creatine is then micronized, which breaks it down to tiny particles.

The result is a very fine powder which mixes extremely easily and digests more quickly.

Who Takes It?

AllMax Micronized Creatine is created for hard training athletes, bodybuilders and anyone who needs short term, explosive training energy.

How to Take

AllMax Micronized Creatine is delivered in micronized powder form.

For best results, AllMax recommend a loading phase of 5 days.

During this time, you take one 5 gram serving twice per day. After 5 days, reduce down to your maintenance level of 5 grams per day.

On training days, take the product after your workout, mixed with a glass of cold water.

AllMax suggest cycling your creatine intake for best results. After 8 weeks on the product, take a two week break before beginning your next cycle.

Side Effects

Creatine is a completely safe compound, which is naturally produced by the body.

It does draw water however and can cause the appearance of “bloating”.

Those who are sensitive may also feel dehydrated, or experience stomach cramps and diarrhea.

Pros

  • Uses Creapure creatine
  • Micronized for faster absorption
  • No fillers – just pure creatine.

Cons

  • Not inexpensive

Conclusion

AllMax Micronized Creatine is a very well-priced, pure creatine product that delivers the short term energy boost you need to power you through your workouts.

It mixes well and digests rapidly, thanks to it micronized particles.
